Prenatal classes

Prepare for birth and beyond,
at your own pace

Private prenatal classes built around you and your support person, in the comfort of your home or online. We cover late pregnancy, birth, feeding and the fourth trimester, with plenty of time for your questions. Take the full series, or choose just the classes you need.

Insurance receipts available. Most plans cover part of my services.

What we’ll cover

Everything you need, nothing you don't

Every class is shaped around your questions, your plans and your family.

Late pregnancy

How to prepare your body, mind and home, what early signs of labour look like, and how to build a real support network around you.

Feeding

What to expect with breast and chest feeding, how to prepare, other options like paced bottle feeding, and where to find local help.

Birth

The stages of labour, comfort measures that might work for you, how your support person can help, and the interventions you may be offered.

The fourth trimester

What the first weeks can look like physically and emotionally, mental health signs to watch for, and a plan that puts your rest first.

WHY private

Built around you

Unlike a free or group class, a private class is all about you and your support person. We go at your rhythm, focus on what matters most to you, and make space for every question and worry. I’ve supported births in many different settings, so I can speak to your plans, whatever they are.
