Doula, educator, and your steady support

I’m a full-spectrum doula and perinatal educator, and I’ve been supporting families in Gatineau, the Outaouais and Ottawa since 2018. I grew up in Wakefield and Chelsea, and I offer support in French and English.

Why I do this work

I was 10 years old when my little brother was born. I was there through the contractions, the weeks before and the days after, and it marked me deeply. By the time I was a teenager, I was a little obsessed with birth.

Today, every time a family invites me into that vulnerable, tender space, I feel the same sense of wonder. It’s a privilege and an honour I never take for granted.

Over the years, that passion has become a deep commitment to the families of our region. I know the Outaouais perinatal landscape well: the hospitals, the birth centre, the clinics and the community resources, and I love connecting families with exactly what they need.

Whatever your path looks like, my goal is the same: that you feel informed, respected and cared for, every step of the way.

Had such a positive experience with Kaella and the birth of my first baby.
