Doula support
Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, a planned C-section or a home birth, I’m here to help you feel informed, supported and confident. I offer full-spectrum doula support in Gatineau, the Outaouais and Ottawa.
Insurance receipts available. Most plans cover part of my services.
My approach
I help you understand your options so you can make informed decisions about your care, and feel heard when you make them.
Your birth, your choices. I listen without judgment and support you, whatever path you choose.
I share up-to-date, reliable information and resources through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
packages
Every birth package includes text and phone support for any questions or worries during your pregnancy, on-call support from 37 weeks, continuous support during labour, and time together after your baby arrives.
Good to know: I issue insurance receipts, and most insurance plans cover part of my services. Receipts can be made out to each parent, so you can use whichever plan covers more.
Two 1.5-hour prenatal visits to prepare together. I’m on call from 37 weeks, with you throughout labour and birth, and stay for the first hours after. One home visit after the birth.
Most complete
Two 1.5-hour prenatal visits, on call from 37 weeks, and continuous support through labour and birth. Then 8 hours of postpartum support at home, split over 2 or 3 visits.
Two doulas, one birth team. We each lead one of your two prenatal visits, so you get to know us both. We share on-call from 37 weeks, both support you at your birth, and take turns during long labours so you always have someone rested by your side. Then 8 hours of postpartum support at home, shared between us.

after baby arrives
Hands-on help at home in those first weeks: feeding support, newborn care, a warm meal, and time for you to rest.
A 1-hour prenatal visit to plan your needs, then 18 hours of postpartum support at home over up to 6 visits.

FULL-SPECTRUM SUPPORT
Not every pregnancy goes as planned, and not every path leads to a birth. I offer compassionate, judgment-free support through miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth and other difficult decisions.
I can be with you before, during and after, to listen, to help you understand your options, and to make sure you don’t go through it alone. Support is adapted to what you need, and we can talk about it confidentially.
Gentle support through miscarriage, stillbirth or infant loss, at whatever pace you need. I can be with you at the birth, visit you at home afterward, and help you find grief resources.
Compassionate, judgment-free support before, during and after your abortion, whether at a clinic or at home. Someone to talk to, practical comfort, and care afterward.
GOOD TO KNOW
I offer continuous physical, emotional and informational support through pregnancy, birth and the first hours after. Before the birth, we meet to talk about your preferences, your worries and your options. During labour, I help with comfort measures, positions, breathing and reassurance, and I support your partner too. After the birth, I help you settle in with your baby.
I come to your home in the early weeks to support your recovery and your new rhythm. That can mean feeding support, help with newborn care, a warm meal, folded laundry, or simply watching the baby while you sleep or shower. I also connect you with local resources like feeding clinics and parent groups.
I don’t provide medical care or medical advice, and I don’t make decisions for you or speak for you to your care team. I share evidence-based information so you can make your own informed choices with your midwife or doctor. I’m also not a nanny: postpartum support is about caring for the whole family, not just the baby.
Not at all. I work alongside your partner or support people, so they can be fully present with you. Many partners tell me they felt more confident and involved because they had someone to lean on too.
With two doulas, you have built-in backup, two sets of experience, and support that stays fresh through a long labour. You get to know us both during your prenatal visits, so whoever is with you is a familiar face.
Yes. I support births in hospital, at the birth centre and at home, as well as planned C-sections. Your birth, your choice.
As early as you’d like. Many families reach out in the second trimester, but it’s never too late to ask. My short inquiry form is a good first step: I’ll confirm my availability for your due date, then we’ll book a free consultation.
Gatineau and the Outaouais, including Chelsea, Wakefield, Val-des-Monts, Hull and Aylmer, as well as Ottawa.
Yes. I issue insurance receipts, and most insurance plans cover part of my services. I am a member of ANQ and offer receipts as a Naturo-Therapist. Receipts can be made out to you or your partner. Check with your insurer to see what your plan covers.
