All my services include:

Prenatal Classes

As a certified perinatal educator, I offer private childbirth classes personalized to your needs. Some of the subjects covered will be: pregnancy, birth comfort techniques, birth positions, newborn care, baby feeding ect.

Birth support

As your birth doula, I am there to give you support in a physical, emotional and information way. I am trained to provide effective comfort techniques and support you and your partner in whatever way you may need during your birth.

Postpartum doula

During postpartum visits I am available to support you and your family in any way you may need. I can provide breastfeeding support and cook light meals for your family. I can fold your laundry or hold your newborn while you take some rest.

Breastfeeding coach

You have questions about your breastfeeding journey? You need to talk to someone about it? You need someone to come and check the position and latch of the baby? I offer this support for free.
